Scientific resources

CnT-09 is a 10% serum culture medium designed for efficient isolation and extended in vitro culture of canine keratinocytes. It uses an optimized basal medium with additional trace elements, protective antioxidants, and vitamins. It does not contain antibiotics / antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and organic compounds, but is protein-free.

This medium is also recommended for use with the CPEK canine keratinocyte cell line.

The medium undergoes a range of QC tests in our lab before being released for sale. Please see the datasheet for details. It can be upgraded for clinical applications. Contact us at support@cellntec.com for further details and pricing.
