The Ordering Process

Ordering

For most rapid processing, please submit orders by email to orders@cellntec.com or by fax (+41 31 331 9583).

Please send a copy of your purchase order, or use our encrypted order form for credit card orders. We will process your orders only when all of the mandatory fields are filled in the order form.

Order Smart!

Save by ordering all the media, cells, and reagents you need in a single order. Packing and handling charges are EUR 60 for up to 2 boxes and EUR 80 for 3 or more boxes. You also benefit from lower shipping costs per unit by bundling orders.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Monday 9.00 am will be delivered in the same week.

Please note that some products are subject to availability. For urgent orders, please get in contact with us to discuss on the earliest possible shipping timeline.
 

Payment

May be made by bank transfer, or by credit card (please submit your card details using the order form above).
