CnT-NX-EX is a next-generation medium designed for the efficient isolation and prolonged expansion of primary epithelial cells from various epithelial tissue types, including keratinocytes from skin, corneal epithelial cells, and oral epithelial cells, and other epithelial subtypes. CnT-NX-EX significantly enhances derivation and expansion efficiency. CnT-NX-EX medium is ROCK inhibitor-free, chemically defined, and contains no components of animal or human origin. No feeder cells or plate coating are required.
