Comparative Analysis of Long-term Cultivation of Adult Keratinocytes: Adult Keratinocytes cultured in CnT-NX-E medium exhibited accelerated proliferation rates and achieved a higher number of population doublings in a shorter time frame compared to those grown in the predecessor our media, CnT-07 and CnT-PR. CnT-NX-E effectively mitigates the issue of low initial cell counts, allowing for up to a sixfold increase in cell numbers within three passages.
