CnT-07 is a fully defined, low-calcium medium designed for the isolation and expansion of a broad range of epithelial cell types, including primary keratinocytes from mouse and human tissues. It is the original formulation from which the CnT-PR medium was developed and remains a reliable choice for foundational epithelial cell culture.
CnT-07 requires no feeder cells or plate coating and is provided as a liquid culture medium kit, including both basal medium and supplements.
