CnT‑07‑HC is a fully defined, clinically ready medium designed for the efficient isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from multiple tissue types. Developed for both mouse and human keratinocyte culture, it is particularly well suited for product development, protocol validation, and characterization of cell‑based products. This formulation represents the original medium from which the CnT‑PR line was developed and remains a robust and reliable choice for early‑stage epithelial cell culture workflows.
CnT‑07‑HC is a low‑calcium medium specifically designed to support isolation and rapid expansion of epithelial cells. It is provided as a liquid culture kit that includes both the basal medium and supplements.
