Description

CnT-09 is a highly refined culture medium specifically designed for the efficient isolation and extended in vitro expansion of canine keratinocytes. It is a 10% serum formulation that uses an optimized basal medium enriched with trace elements, protective antioxidants, and vitamins. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and organic compounds, but is protein-free. It does not contain antibiotics or antimycotics.
CnT-09 is also recommended for use with the CPEK canine keratinocyte cell line, providing a reliable and consistent environment for canine epithelial research.

Highlights

1

Establish canine keratinocyte culture

Formulated for efficient isolation and extended in-vitro culture of canine keratinocytes

2

Supports primary and cell line culture

Cultures primary canine keratinocytes and is specifically recommended for the CPEK canine keratinocyte cell line

3

Reduce animal use in toxicology and safety testing

In vitro canine keratinocyte models allow early toxicology and safety screening before in vivo studies.

4

in vitro canine culture

In-vitro canine cultures help reduce and partially replace animal use in safety testing workflows
