CnT-40 Melanocyte Proliferation Medium

CnT-40

Frozen medium

500 mL

CHF 284.00

Description

CnT-40 is specifically designed for the selective isolation and rapid expansion of primary epidermal melanocytes and can be upgraded for clinical applications. It contains Progenitor Cell Targeted (PCT) factors to help retain a proliferative phenotype, along with a range of melanocyte-specific factors, including endothelin-1 and endothelin-3, and 1% serum. The formulation is free of PMA and TPA and does not contain antibiotics or antimycotics.
Melanocytes cultured in CnT-40 display a primarily proliferative bipolar phenotype while retaining melanin expression.

Highlights

1

Succesfully isolate and expand melanocytes

Selective isolation and rapid expansion of primary epidermal melanocytes.

2

Achieve high selectivity and rapid growth

A very selective medium featuring rapid growth & expansion.

3

Low serum medium

Low serum medium, does not contain PMA or TPA, thus enhancing reproducibility and minimizing backgound compared to other commercial formats in this class

4

Maximize standardization and convenience

Fully supplemented, one bottle ready-to-go. Maximize standardization and convenience. Minimize variability and error

5

Feeder free, no coating required

Stable, feeder-free culture without plate coatings, minimizing batch-to-batch variability and preparation steps

6

Clinically upgradable

Realize a seamless transition from lab to clinical trial and ATMP-development
