CnT-57 Epithelial Proliferation Medium, Low BPE

CnT-57

Basal medium + supplement pack

500 mL

CHF 316.00

Description

CnT-57 is specifically designed for the isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from skin, Eye, gingiva, mammary, and bladder tissue. It is a low-calcium medium formulation based on CnT-07, supplemented with a low concentration of BPE to enhance performance.
The medium is provided as a liquid culture kit, including both basal medium and supplements.

Highlights

1

Isolation and expansion of epithelial cells

Medium for isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from multiple tissue types

2

Low level BPE

Contains a low level of BPE, thus enhancing reproducibility and minimizing backgound compared to other commercial formats in this class

3

Feeder free, no coating required

Stable, feeder-free culture without plate coatings, minimizing batch-to-batch variability and preparation steps
