CnT-Prime Epithelial Proliferation Medium, Corticosteroid-Free

CnT-PR-CSF is a fully defined medium specifically designed for experiments or applications that require a corticosteroid-free environment. It is a modified version of the CnT-PR medium, which is widely used for the isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from skin, Eye, gingiva, mammary, and bladder tissue. While CnT-PR-CSF is formulated without corticosteroids, supplementation may be required depending on the application.
This medium retains all the benefits of CnT-PR, including being completely free of animal or human-derived components. It contains a full range of amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and organic compounds, along with growth factors that promote strong cell proliferation and co-factors that improve growth factor binding to cell surface receptors. Additionally, it includes PCT factors to maximize retention of proliferative progenitor cells, increase longevity, and minimize unwanted differentiation. The formulation does not contain phenol red or antibiotics/antimycotics.
