CnT‑PR‑EN‑HC is a serum‑free, clinically ready medium designed for class‑leading proliferation of primary human endothelial cells over extended periods. It supports high‑efficiency isolation and expansion and is well suited for product development, protocol validation, and characterization of cell‑based products.
The formulation is highly refined and based on an advanced basal medium supplemented with Progenitor Cell Targeted (PCT) growth factors, which extend cellular longevity, as well as co‑factors that enhance growth factor binding to membrane‑bound receptors. It does not contain phenol red or antibiotics/antimycotics.
For optimal performance, users are advised to supplement the medium with 2% serum appropriate for their clinical application.
