CnT-Prime Endothelial Proliferation Medium

CnT-PR-EN

Frozen medium + Serum supplement

500 mL

CHF 406.00

Description

CnT-PR-EN is a highly refined medium designed for high-efficiency isolation and expansion of primary human endothelial cells. It uses an advanced basal formulation supplemented with a range of growth factors and is serum-free prior to supplementation.
Handling Instructions: Thaw the medium and serum cautiously. Supplement 10 ml of serum to 500 ml of medium. After supplementation, the medium may appear turbid but remains fully suitable for use without adverse effects. Optionally, filter the serum using a 0.2-micron membrane filter under aseptic conditions before incorporation, or filter the serum-supplemented medium.
Cells cultured in CnT-PR-EN exhibit enhanced proliferation and extended growth, while maintaining correct localization of VE-Cadherin, a critical regulator of endothelial cell behavior. Functionality is further demonstrated by successful completion of tube formation assays with HUVEC cells.
