CnT-Prime Fibroblast Proliferation Medium w/o Serum, Higher Certified

CnT‑PR‑F‑HC is a serum‑free, clinically ready medium designed for the high‑efficiency isolation and expansion of human and animal fibroblasts without requiring any plate coating. It is well suited for product development, protocol validation, and characterization of cell‑based products. Although the formulation does not contain serum, the use of 1% serum is recommended to achieve improved isolation efficiency and proliferation, offering superior performance when compared with traditional 10% serum media.
This medium is a highly refined formulation based on an advanced basal medium supplemented with a range of growth factors. The inclusion of defined growth factors and co‑factors allows the serum level to be reduced to 1%, while maintaining or exceeding the proliferation rates typically observed in high‑serum formulations. Enhanced growth factor binding to cell surface receptors supports more rapid expansion and greater consistency than conventional 10% serum media.
By reducing dependence on serum, CnT‑PR‑F‑HC provides improved reproducibility and experimental stability.
