Description

CnT-Prime Fibroblast is a highly refined medium designed to deliver improved isolation efficiency and proliferation of human and animal fibroblasts compared to traditional 10% serum media. It uses an advanced basal formulation supplemented with a range of growth factors, reducing the serum requirement to just 1%.
This reduction is achieved through the addition of fully defined growth factors and co-factors that enhance binding to cell surface receptors. The result is faster expansion rates than conventional high-serum formulations, while maintaining cell health and functionality.
By minimizing serum dependence, CnT-Prime Fibroblast offers significantly greater consistency and reproducibility than traditional media, making it ideal for research and preclinical applications.
