Description

CnT-PR-FH is a fully defined medium designed for the maintenance of primary human dermal fibroblasts in a homeostatic state for up to one week. It provides only minimal growth factor stimulation, sufficient to maintain cell function while maximizing responsiveness to experimental stimuli. This makes it ideal for studies requiring controlled conditions without the strong proliferative signals found in standard media.
Fibroblasts cultured in CnT-PR-FH exhibit heightened responsiveness to experimental treatments, such as Vitamin C stimulation of collagen secretion.
