CnT-PR-HC is the Higher Certified version of CELLnTEC’s innovative, market‑leading CnT‑Prime precision medium for the isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from skin, cornea, gingiva, mammary, and bladder tissue. This clinically ready formulation is ideally suited for product development, protocol validation, and characterization of cell‑based products, providing a robust and reliable platform for high‑quality epithelial cell culture.
The medium is chemically defined and contains no components of animal or human origin. It features a low calcium concentration, specifically selected to support optimal isolation, expansion, and long‑term longevity of primary epithelial cells, including those from skin, cornea, oral tissue, and mammary epithelium. CnT‑PR‑HC contains purified growth factors and an optimized basal medium that enhances cell proliferation, along with PCT factors that promote retention of proliferative progenitor cells, increase cellular lifespan, and minimize unwanted differentiation.
