CnT-Prime Keratinocyte/Melanocyte Co-Culture Medium, Higher Certified

CnT‑PR‑KM‑HC is a clinically ready, fully defined medium specifically formulated to support a balanced 2D co‑culture of primary human keratinocytes and melanocytes. It is well suited for product development, protocol validation, and characterization of cell‑based products, providing a controlled and reproducible environment for studying keratinocyte–melanocyte interactions.
Keratinocytes and melanocytes are first expanded in their respective media—CnT‑PR for keratinocytes and CnT‑40 for melanocytes. Once expanded, the cells are seeded together at the desired ratio, such as 2:1 or 5:1, in standard 2D culture using CnT‑PR‑KM‑HC. From this point onward, both cell types proliferate within the same culture environment while maintaining their characteristic behaviors.
