Description

CnT-PR-MSC-XF is a fully xeno-free medium designed for high-efficiency isolation and expansion of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from adipose tissue and bone marrow. It enables robust growth without plate coating and can be upgraded for clinical applications.
Cells cultured in CnT-PR-MSC-XF demonstrate extended longevity and remain strongly multipotent for at least four passages. Adipose-derived MSCs expanded in this medium exhibit the following marker profile: CD45-/CD31-/CD73+/CD90+/CD105+/CD34+/-, with at least 8% of the population remaining CD34-positive at passage 4. These cells maintain strong multipotency for extended periods and deliver class-leading differentiation efficiency after four passages.
CnT-PR-MSC-XF supports differentiation into adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic lineages following the addition of the appropriate differentiation supplementation.
