Description

CnT-PR is a fully defined, low-calcium medium designed for the isolation, expansion, and longevity of a broad range of epithelial cell types, including primary keratinocytes from skin, Eye, oral, and mammary tissues. It succeeds in delivering optimal conditions for maintaining a highly proliferative phenotype in primary epithelial cells.
This medium is chemically defined, completely free of animal or human-derived components, and does not contain phenol red or antibiotics/antimycotics. It includes purified growth factors, an optimized basal formulation to enhance cell proliferation, and PCT factors to maximize retention of proliferative progenitor cells, increase longevity, and minimize unwanted differentiation. CnT-PR is provided fully supplemented and frozen, ready for use without feeder cells or plate coating.
