These ‘Terms and Conditions’ apply to the “Website Quiz: Put your knowledge to the test!” promotion (the “Quiz”) organized by CELLnTEC Advanced Cell Systems AG, Stauffacherstr. 78, 3014 Bern, Switzerland (the “Promoter”). By participating in the Quiz, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Quiz is open to customers and prospective customers of the Promoter worldwide, subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this promotion.
Employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Distributors, resellers, sales partners, and other commercial intermediaries of the Promoter are not eligible to participate. The Quiz is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Quiz opens on June 29, 2026, and closes on July 31, 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
To enter, participants must complete the Quiz through the official quiz link provided by the Promoter. Only one entry per person is permitted, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Quiz. No subscription to the Promoter’s newsletter or other services is necessary to participate in the Quiz.
Incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The prize consists of one free CELLnTEC product of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and the restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
The maximum prize value per winner is CHF 1,000 (one thousand Swiss Francs), excluding any applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, or other additional costs.
The following products are excluded from the prize:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another product of similar type or value if the selected product is unavailable, unsuitable, restricted, or otherwise cannot be supplied.
The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to arrange delivery of the prize to the winner.
Shipping charges may apply additionally. Whether shipping is charged separately may depend on, among other factors, whether the prize can be included in a regular customer order, the shipping destination, shipment volume, package size, temperature or handling requirements, and any pre-existing shipment arrangements.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, permits, licenses, or other charges required by the destination country or carrier, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that the selected product may lawfully be imported, received, stored, and used in their country and institution.
If the selected product cannot be shipped to the winner’s country or institution due to legal, regulatory, logistical, customs, carrier, temperature-control, safety, or other restrictions, the Promoter may offer an alternative eligible product or withdraw the prize.
The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Participation Period. The winner will be selected by random draw on or around August 1, 2026.
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided during participation. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot receive the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Personal data submitted in connection with the Quiz will be processed for the purpose of administering the Quiz, contacting the winner, delivering the prize, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

By entering the Quiz, participants acknowledge that their personal data may be processed in Switzerland and, where necessary, transferred to service providers, logistics providers, or affiliates involved in administering the Quiz or delivering the prize.
Participation in the Quiz does not automatically require consent to receive marketing communications, unless the participant separately opts in.
Participants who subscribe to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in such communications.
The Promoter may request permission to announce the winner’s name, institution, country, or selected product for promotional purposes. No such publicity will be made without the winner’s consent, unless required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received due to technical, network, system, platform, or other issues.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, customs issue, temperature excursion, failed delivery, regulatory restriction, or additional cost arising from shipment, importation, storage, or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The product awarded as a prize is supplied subject to the Promoter’s applicable product documentation, specifications, intended use statements, safety information, and standard terms of sale.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Quiz if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, including technical failures, fraud, regulatory restrictions, supply issues, or events affecting the fair or proper administration of the Quiz.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Quiz shall be subject to the competent courts of Bern/BE, Switzerland, unless mandatory applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
