HEMns primary human melanocytes (junvenile) growing in CnT-40 medium benefit from the presence of PCT factors and other cofactors that provide strong proliferation and extended longevity.
Isolated from juvenile tissue, the melanocytes offer maximum growth and longevity.
Melanocytes growing in CnT-40 demonstrate a proliferative, mainly bipolar phenotype, in particular when isolated from juvenile tissue. They retain melanin expression.
The HEMns cells are provided cryopreserved in the fully defind CRYO-Defined culture medium, to maximise recovery after thawing.
