CnT-Prime Corticosteroid-Free is a fully defined medium formulation and a modified version of the CnT-PR medium which is used for isolation and expansion of epithelial cells from skin, cornea, gingiva, mammary, and bladder tissue.

CnT-PR-CSF benefits from properties of CnT-PR, like being completely free of animal or human-derived components and containing a full range of amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and organic compounds, plus growth factors to deliver strong cell proliferation, and cofactors to improve growth factor binding to cell surface receptors. Likewise, it contains PCT factors that maximize retention of proliferative progenitor cells, increase longevity, and minimize loss through differentiation. It also does not contain phenol-red or antibiotics / antimycotics.

CnT-PR-CSF is designed specifically for use in corticosteroid-free environment. Depending on application supplementation with corticosteroids may be required
