2D co-culture of keratinocytes and melanocytes
|Content||500 ml, Frozen medium|
CnT-PR-KM is specifically formulated to allow a balanced co-culture of primary human keratinocytes and melanocytes in a fully defined environment.
Primary keratinocytes and melanocytes are initially expanded in CnT-PR and CnT-40 media respectively. Cells are then seeded at the desired ratio (e.g. 2:1 or 5:1) into standard 2D culture, from which point both cell types proliferate.The medium undergoes a range of QC tests in our lab before being released for sale. Please see the datasheet for details. It can easily be upgraded for clinical applications. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details and pricing.
